China Government Plans To Build Affordable Apartment Rentals
The demand for apartment rentals in China has grown substantially throughout the years. With a huge population, and lack of space, it is no surprise that the demand for rentals is growing faster than expected. Many land lords and apartment owners are now bumping up the price of rent to take advantage of the greater need. It is presumed that with the demand there is often desperation for individuals and families to choose higher priced apartments as there are no other viable options.
The government according to a recent news article, is now planning to build millions of apartment rentals which will be known as 'affordable housing units'. This is to help accommodate for the millions of individuals looking for accommodation or at least, cheaper accommodation.
